So finally I got caught sleeping in the office besides my computer adjacent to the desk. Great days are these
Awake whole night doing work and taking subsequent naps in the day, especially in your cube at office is funny.
And yes, it also gets you good names like druggist, afimchi et cetera

Today, blogging is one of the hottest topic.
Day in day out people are blogging. Statistics on the net show that every 7 seconds an article is posted to a blog.
But what exactly is a blog ?
A search at my laptop’s local dictionary server yielded two definitions :
rrs@laptop:~ $ dict blog

From WordNet ® 2.0 (August 2003) [wn]:
blog
n : a shared on-line journal where people can post diary entries
about their personal experiences and hobbies [syn: {web
log}]
From Jargon File (4.4.4, 14 Aug 2003) [jargon]:
blog
n.
[common] Short for weblog, an on-line web-zine or diary (usually with
facilities for reader comments and discussion threads) made
accessible through the World Wide Web. This term is widespread and
readily forms derivatives, of which the best known may be
{blogosphere}.
So in desi terms I understand it as a diary in electronic form with an add-on of commenting option available. I find it awkward looking at websites where people have converted the whole site into a blog.
In my opinion it’s better to follow the good old Unix philosophy – KISS – “Keep it simple, stupid”

Long Long Long sleeps in the day are what have become my pasttime in the weekends. I wonder when and how I’d be able to rectify this bad habit of sleeping very very late.

I wonder if Kalejee Daawat is something enjoyable only during the bachelor days. Indeed, now, being in my bachelor days, I enjoy Kalejee Daawat a lot with Ankit. Having a gulp of beer and then munching the spicy Kalejee in the mouth reminds me of the great taste of North India.
Heartly thanks to Ankit and Nirmal for there awesome company and knowledge of such exotic places in busy Bangalore.

Purchased a Sony DSC-M1 recently.
Man, proprietary stuffs are real costly. The storage device alone (1 GB) costs $200.
But in total the camera is good to have. It’s compact, 5.1 Megapixel lens and blah blah blah.
For an ignorant photographer like me, having a smart digital camera helps capture moments in good pictures to save them for future.
Learnings,
if possible try going for commodity stuff which isn’t proprietary unless you have the passion of spending money on “Love at first sight at $omething”. Yes, proprietary stuff are unique which increase the temptation.

I'm Blogging
And yes, the date in the footer is misleading. I started to blog from June of 2005. Haven't bothered to fix that single bug.
Updated: Yup! I fixed it.
